Display Missing Scores

BYU Learning Suite provides instructors with a gradebook, BYU Grades, that can be used to record and track students’ grades. Various display options can be selected. For example, you can select to view the number of missing scores per assignment or exam.

Step One:

Log in to your Learning Suite course and click BYU Grades.

Step Two:

Click the Display drop down menu [1] and check the box next to Missing scores [2].

Step Three:

Click anywhere on the screen to collapse the drop down menu. A row located below the last student titled Missing Scores appears. It lists the number of students without a score for each column.

Step Four:

Click an assignment dropdown menu [1] and select Sort high to low or Sort low to high [2].

This allows you to easily view which students are missing scores as they will be group at the bottom or top of the page, depending on the option you selected.
