Email

Emails sent through BYU Learning Suite are sent to the email address on file for each recipient. However, receipt cannot be guaranteed since those emails are delivered via an external email system such as Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.
Note: Email recipients are now able to use the normal Reply function in their email client to reply to the emails that are sent via Learning Suite. However, they can only reply to the sender, there is NO reply all capability.
  • Blind Copy: All emails are sent as blind copies (Bcc:), meaning if an email is sent to more than one person, the recipients will not be able to identify other recipients.
  • External Recipients: You can send an email to someone who is not in the class by entering an additional address in the Additional Recipients space provided.
  • Attachments: You can attach up to 10 files.
  • Reply to Sender: Recipients can only reply to the sender.
