BYU Learning Suite allows instructors to link exams administered in the Testing Center to exams created in Learning Suite. If linked, students’ testing center scores will automatically upload to BYU Grades in Learning Suite. The total points possible for the Learning Suite exam will default to the total points possible on record with the Testing Center. However, it is possible to override the total points possible.
Log in to your Learning Suite course and click Assignments in the Course Home navigation menu.
Click on the title of the exam in question.
Note: A green link icon designates Testing Center exams that have been linked to Learning Suite.
A dialog window appears. Check the box next to Override Testing Center Exam points possible.
The Points Possible can now be edited.
Testing Center scores will scale to the value you enter. For example, if the Testing Center points possible is 50 and you override the score to be 100 in Learning Suite, a student who scored a 40/50 will be given an 80/100 in Learning Suite.
