Edit Personal Information

BYU Learning Suite allows instructors to edit their personal information in several locations.  Information listed in the Users tab will also be displayed in your Learning Suite Syllabus, and can be edited from there as well.  Any changes made to users or their information from either Home or Syllabus will take effect in both locations immediately.


Step One:

Click on a course title to open a course.



Step Two:

Click on the Users tab underneath the Course Home menu.



Step Three:

Instructors and TAs will be listed on this page along with their information. Click Edit to open a dialog window.


Step Four:

You can edit or add an email address [1], office phone number [2], office location [3], and office hours of the selected user [4].



Step Five:

To share any other additional information or notes with your students, click on +Add Field.



Step Six:

Title your field [1]. Click Save [2].  



Step Seven:

A blank text box will appear below your personal information, which can be filled in. Any field can be deleted by clicking on the Trash Can icon located to the right of the field content.



Step Eight:

Click Save to save and view changes.
