The new online grading tool (Grader) in BYU Grades makes it easy to view, annotate, and score Microsoft Office and open Office documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (as well as PDFs, images, and websites). You can access this tool through the BYU Grades Scores page or the Assignments page. The following chart identifies the uses and benefits of the Grader.

The new Grader is the simplest markup tool to use in most cases, because it is easy to access from the BYU Grades tab and is tightly integrated with BYU Learning Suite. Nevertheless, Grademark by Turnitin will remain available for those needing additional online grading functionality.
