BYU Learning Suite allows instructors to link exams administered in the Testing Center to exams created in Learning Suite. If linked, students’ testing center scores will automatically upload to BYU Grades in Learning Suite. These exams can be unlinked at any time.
Important Note: Any scores that were manually entered in BYU Grades for an exam will be removed if exams are unlinked. These scores are NOT retrievable.
Enter a Learning Suite course and click the Assignments tab found in the Course Home navigation menu.
Locate the exam that you want to unlink. A green link icon marks exams that have been linked to Testing Center exams. Click on the exam title or the Edit button to edit the exam .
A dialog window appears. Click the green Unlink button located in the Testing Center section of the window.
The link is broken. It can be linked to a different Testing Center exam by clicking the Select exam… drop down and selecting the desire exam.
Step Five (optional):
Or, to change the exam to a different type, click the Delivery drop down menu and select BYU Learning Suite to change the exam to an online exam.
